MAGAZINE SALE INFORMATION

We wanted to update everyone; we have been told by QSP that there was an internal issue with the electronic file that held St. Jude’s data for the magazines /gift items that were purchased on paper order forms during our Magazine Sale. Some families have received postcards from QSP stating that their order would be filled soon. We have spoken to our QSP representative and the company feels confident that all orders will be filled by 12/31/11. QSP’s standard time to fill a paper order is 12 to 14 weeks, but our orders have always been completed much sooner. Please be patient the next few weeks as this problem is resolved. If you have any questions, please email us. Please note; this issue does not apply to orders that were made online at qsp.com.

Calling All Wrestlers K-8th !

Registration for CYO Wrestling is underway. Registration must be completed ($45) online via the CYO website at: http://www.cyoarchindy.org by the start of practice.
Practice begins the week of January 9th. Marc Roland will be coaching the Cadet wrestlers. RECONCILIATION

Reconciliation for grades 3 thru-8 will take place at 10:00am in the
Church on Friday, December 16th.

ICE CREAM DAY

Friday, December 16th is Ice Cream Day! If your child did not
purchase an ice cream card at the beginning of the school year he/she
may bring in $1.00 and buy the treat.

RONCALLI CHRISTMAS VOLLEYBALL CLINIC

RHS Christmas VB Christmas Clinic will be held on December 27th and 28th in the Roncalli Gym at a cost of $30.00. Grades 4 thru 6 will meet from 4:00 to 5:30 and Grades 7 and 8 will meet from 5:30 to 7:00. There are forms in the St. Jude School office to be returned to Missy Marsh. Walk-ins are welcome.

RONCALLI REBEL SOFTBALL WINTER CAMP

Roncalli Rebel Softball Winter Camp will take place on December 20 and 21st from 4pm to 6pm in the Roncalli Bubble Gym at a cost of $40.00. There are forms in the St. Jude School office. They must be returned to David Lauck at Roncalli by Friday, December 16th.

WOMEN'S CLUB CHRISTMAS DINNER

SOUTH INDY CLUB BOYS VOLLEYBALL TRAINING CLINIC

For 5th-8th Grade boys interested in improving their skills and learning more about the game of volleyball. The clinic will run for five Mondays - January 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th – 6:30 to 8:00p.m. – Indy Indoor Sports Academy. The cost is $65, and will include a clinic T-shirt.
